Remember us in your Will and help us to ensure that Bardsey Bird and Field Observatory will be here for generations to come and can continue monitoring the island's wildlife and provide a welcoming and relaxed place to stay on this special island. Please remember we are independent of the Bardsey Island Trust and RSPB!
Your legacy for BBFO; big or small, it all counts
One of the most effective ways you can support BBFO is to leave us something in your Will. Unlike income from grants legacy gifts can be used to support general running costs such as staff salaries and so help ensure we can maintain the high standards we have attained in recent years. Every amount we receive, large or small, contributes to the future survival of the Observatory.

Types of legacy
‘I am leaving a gift of money in my will to Bardsey Bird and Field Observatory because I have been going there for many years, enjoying with great pleasure the unique peaceful ambience of the island. 

I have also been privileged to help with the monitoring and recording of the island’s wildlife which is the main object of the Observatory's work. I would like to think that my legacy will help to ensure the continuation of this important work after I am gone.’
